A local man is offering a cash reward after his ATV was stolen Christmas Day.
Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle Dame tells WMSK News Kevin Cowan is offering a $500 cash reward for the arrest and conviction of the person, or persons, who reportedly stole his red 2008 fuel-injected Rhino 700 on Christmas Day.
