NEWS RELEASE
Hopkinsville, Ky. (August 19, 2016) — On August 19, 2016, the Kentucky State Police Post 2-Madisonville, arrested 32 year old Ian L. Damber of Hopkinsville and charged him with five (5) counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
According to KSP, Damber was arrested as the result of an investigation following a complaint of illegal sexual contact with a minor which was received on August 17, 2016.
Damber is currently lodged in the Christian County Detention Center. Police indicate the charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison if convicted.
The investigation is continuing by the Kentucky State Police.
