Union County Grand Jury Indicts 5 People During May 2016 Term

Five people were indicted by the Union County Grand Jury Tuesday morning during the May 2016 term.

The grand jury indicted the following individuals:

Christopher Allen Fitzgerald for Possession of Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Surrender Revoked Operators License, Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License, Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.

Randy W. Fowler, Jr. for Possession of Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree 1^st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael S. Gatewood for Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 2^nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Randall Scott Steward for Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1^st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1^st Degree 1^st Offense (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Sandra Kay Thomas for Possession of Controlled Substance 1^st Degree 1^st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The grand jury continued the case of Evan M. Pund who is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-Auto $10,000 or more but under 1-million dollars, Theft by Unlawful Taking – All Others $10,000 or more but under 1-million dollars, Criminal Mischief 1^st Degree, Burglary 2^nd Degree, Criminal Trespass 2^nd Degree and Possession of Burglary Tools.
