UCSO: Uniontown man arrested on bench warrants

Authorities say a call about a Uniontown man being drunk and disorderly led to his arrest on bench warrants.

Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Heady tells WMSK News they received the call around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday that 32 year old Derrick Mosley was acting irrational at his grandmother’s house on Dairy Street in Uniontown. Upon arrival, Deputy Heady says it was determined that Mosley was wanted on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear and another bench warrant was being written for second degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief.

Mosley was taken into custody and booked into the Union County Detention Center.
