KYTC NEWS RELEASE
A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to CLOSE ramps at the Interstate 69 Hanson Exit 120 interchange with KY 260 on TUESDAY, October 4, 2016.
Starting at 7:30 a.m., CDT, the contractor plans to close the I-69 NORTHBOUND exit ramp to KY 260/Veterans Memorial Drive at Hanson to allow asphalt paving along the ramp. Paving on the northbound exit ramp is expected to take approximately 3 hours to complete.
As soon as paving of that ramp is completed, the contractor plans to CLOSE the I-69 Exit 120 SOUTHBOUND entry ramp from KY 260. The southbound entry ramp at the I-69 Exit 120 Hanson Interchange is expected to be closed starting at approximately 11 a.m., CDT. It is expected to remain close for approximately 3 hours.
There will be no marked detour. However, motorists may self-detour via the I-69 Exit 116 Madisonville Interchage with KY 281/Island Ford Road.
Road Builders of Greeville is the prime contractor on this ramp paving project.
