A Pennsylvania man was arrested on a warrant in Henderson around 10:20 p.m. Sunday.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies served 27 year old Michael Gonclaves with a Henderson County Felony Bench Warrant for theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000.
While serving the felony warrant, authorities say they found Gonclaves in possession of morphine along with several items of drug paraphernalia.
He was charged with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Due to his high level of intoxication, authorities say the 27 year old man was transported to Methodist Hospital. Once he was released, he was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on no bond.
