A local organization is asking for your assistance to help feed the hungry in Union County.
Bluegrass Adventures LLC & Gods Outdoors Disciples Ministry Founder and President Troy Black tells WMSK News they are restarting The Feeding The 5000 ministry and are looking for donations.
Black says they distribute food to those here in the Union County community who may go hungry otherwise.
According to Black, the donations will be used for processing the meat through a commercial meat processor.
Right now, he says they are looking for contributions from churches and businesses.
