MADISONVILLE, Ky. (March 25, 2024) – The intersection of US 60 and KY 109 in Sturgis has reopened following a water main break in the overnight hours.
After repairing the broken water line, Sturgis Water Department filled the hole with rock and marked it with a barrel. Motorists are asked to be aware of this potential rough spot in the roadway in the early morning hours and to proceed with caution.A crew is expected to apply an asphalt cold patch at the location later today.
