MADISONVILLE, Ky. (March 6, 2024) – The Christian County Welcome Center along I-24 Westbound at mile marker 92 in Oak Grove will be temporarily closed to the public due to sewage issues.
Beginning on Monday, May 6, the Welcome Center will be closed while plumbing inside and around the facility is inspected. At this time the rest area parking lots will remain open for both passenger cars and large vehicles, but restroom facility will be closed until further notice. There are no portable toilets available at this location at the moment.
Motorists should plan their travel accordingly and use alternative rest stops during this period.
