HPD: Another Arrest Made in Connection to S. Adams Street Robbery

Police have made another arrest in connection to a robbery that occurred at a Henderson residence last month.

According to Henderson Police, 19 year old Roddick Armstead of Pebblecreek Drive, Henderson was taken into custody around 2:40 Tuesday afternoon and charged with first degree robbery in reference to an incident that occurred at a residence in the 400 block of South Adams Street on February 25, 2016.

As reported by WMSK News on March 8, 2016, police arrested 24 year old Marcus Bailey of Henderson on March 4, 2016 in connection to the same robbery where police say the victim stated he was home alone when Bailey and two other men entered his home and wanted to borrow a Xbox game. The men reportedly stole his mother’s income tax return money, and then punched the male victim repeatedly until he lost consciousness. According to police, the victim recognized all three of the men and when his mother arrived at the home she identified the men as they ran from the residence.
