A Henderson woman was injured Monday in a two-vehicle wreck on the southbound US 41-N Bridge.
According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the traffic accident around 1:30 p.m. Monday where a vehicle driven by 26 year old Shon D. Holmes of Houston, TX was southbound in the right lane and crashed into the rear-end of a vehicle driven by 31 year old Jon C. Thompson of Henderson when he stopped abruptly for traffic in front of him.
Authorities indicate a passenger in Thompson’s vehicle, 25 year old Christina L. Skelton of Henderson was transported by ambulance to Deaconess Hospital after complaining of abdominal pain from the accident.
