A Henderson man has been arrested and charged with second degree burglary.
The Henderson Police Department reported Wednesday that 56 year old Terry Hardrick was arrested around 1:30 p.m. Monday on Borax Drive.
According to police, Corey Reed of Henderson reported that an unknown person entered his property in the 17-hundred block of Old Madisonville Road and stole furniture and a trail camera. A detective reportedly found the stolen furniture at Traderbakers on US 41 North and the seller stated he had purchased the furniture from Hardrick. Police say during an interview with the detective Hardrick admitted to stealing the furniture from the unoccupied home.
Authorities indicate the furniture has been returned to the victim, but the trail camera still has not been recovered.
Hardrick was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
