Henderson man arrested on several charges including resisting arrest, terroristic threatening

A Henderson man arrested on a warrant over the weekend is facing additional charges after he reportedly fought with police officers.

Henderson Police reports that an officer went to Wal-mart to serve a warrant on 40 year old Ryan Fambrough where he gave the officer a false name. Police say when Fambrough was positively identified, he resisted arrest by fighting two officers. Police indicate Fambrough was yelling and cursing as he was being arrested, and when the officers walked him out of the store, he kicked the doors knocking them off track. Authorities say he also threatened the officers repeatedly.

Fambrough was booked into the Henderson County Detention Center for third degree assault, second degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property under $500, third degree terroristic threatening, giving police officer false name/address and third degree criminal mischief.
