A Providence man was injured in a single vehicle wreck Wednesday morning when authorities say his vehicle crashed into a tree.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office responded to the wreck around 8:30 Wednesday morning in the 12-thousand block of US41A (Nebo Road) Northbound.
Authorities say 29 year old Chazarah Breedlove, of Providence, was driving a minivan northbound on US41A when for an unknown reason his vehicle ran off the right hand side of road and crashed into a tree.
According to the sheriff’s office, Breedlove was transported by Providence Ambulance Service to the Baptist Health Regional Medical Center.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office and Providence Ambulance Service were assisted by the Providence Police Dept, Nebo Fire Dept, and Medical Center Ambulance Service.
