On June 27, 2016, at 6:26 p.m. a Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy reportedly observed a Gray over Silver 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan traveling Southbound on Interstate 69 at 110 mph.
Upon initiating a traffic stop near the 30 mile marker, authorities say Deputy Smith identified the driver as 24 year old Seth Spain of Evansville, Indiana. After a brief roadside investigation Spain was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Reckless Driving. The sheriff’s office indicates he has since posted a $450 bond.
