Motorists traveling KY 270 in Webster County need to be aware the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of the road on Friday.
Spokesman Keith Todd says KY 270 will be closed during the day in the Lisman area between Slover Creek Road and KY 293 to allow two cross drains to be replaced.
The roadway will be closed at the site around 6:00 a.m. Friday, and should reopen around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
Todd indicates there will not be a marked detour.
