MADISONVILE, Ky. (Aug. 21, 2023)-Motorists who travel on Kentucky 1598 in Union County should seek alternate routes for a cross drain replacement this week.
Work began Monday between Kentucky 56 and Kentucky 109 in the northwestern section of Union County (mile point 0.0 to 1.346.) and continue through Wednesday.
The road will be open to local traffic only. The road will be closed with local traffic only up work site.
