A deer reportedly caused a single-vehicle wreck in Crittenden County Tuesday afternoon that injured a Livingston County woman.

According to Kentucky State Police, the preliminary investigation revealed that 48 year old Laura Prior of Burna was driving northbound on KY 723 around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon when she told troopers that she entered a curve and swerved to miss a deer, causing her to lose control of the vehicle, run off the road and travel down an embankment.
