The 3rd Annual Memories in the Park will be held Saturday, May 28,2016.
Founder and event organizer Spencer Foreman tells WMSK News he started the Memories in the Park balloon release ceremony in memory of his father.
There will be several free events for the children.
In addition, they will have free food, free cotton candy and free popcorn.
Foreman says the balloon release will be held earlier this year.
He does expect a better turn-out for the event this year.
The 3rd Annual Memories in the Park will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dunbar Park in Morganfield.
