A Madisonville woman was injured in a two-vehicle wreck Saturday at the intersection of McLeod Avenue and Crestview.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office reports they responded to a the scene of the accident around 11:55 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities report the preliminary investigation revealed that Justin Massey, of Madisonville, was driving a car westbound on McLeod Lane when a vehicle driven by Cynthia Ray, of Madisonville, pulled out in front of him off of Crestview. Massey’s vehicle reportedly hit Ray’s vehicle in the driver’s side door.
According to HCSO, Ray was transported by ambulance to the emergency room at Baptist Health. Massey and his passenger were not injured.
HCSO was assisted on scene by MPD Medical Center Ambulance Service and Grapevine Volunteer Fire Department.
