Juvenile arrested in connection to bomb threats at middle school

A juvenile has been charged in connection to making a couple of bomb threats at a school in Hopkins County.

According to Kentucky State Police, the juvenile was charged around 3:00 Thursday afternoon with two counts of First Degree Complicity to Terroristic Threatening for making bomb threats on Friday, December 11 and Wednesday, December 16 at South Hopkins Middle School.

KSP indicates the juvenile was cited and released to his parents.

KSP Post 2 in Madisonville is continuing to investigate.
