A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane along a section of US 60/The Wendell Ford Expressway at Owensboro on Thursday, October 27, 2016.
US 60/The Wendell Ford Expressway will be restricted to one lane near the 16 mile marker to all repairs to traffic count loops and piezoelectric sensors. This is along US 60 between the US 431 Interchange and the US 231 Interchange.
This work zone for both eastbound and westbound US 60 Traffic is expected to be in place between about 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., CDT, on Thursday.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
