All the details have not been yet been released, but here is what WMSK News knows at this time…
Union County EMS/Rescue Squad Chief Rick Wyatt tells WMSK News they responded to a call of a motorcycle wreck on State Route 758. He says the man who was operating a moped was treated on the scene by the EMS Squad and Whispering Meadows Fire Department and then transported to Morganfield City Park where he was airlifted to a Evansville hospital.
Chief Wyatt indicates the Morganfield Fire Dept. stood by at the park’s ball field for fire suppression.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene of the wreck around 4:55 p.m. Thursday.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office worked the wreck scene and WMSK News will provide more information when it is released.
