Union Co. Public Library Animal Tales Event Scheduled Thursday

If you are looking for something fun and exciting to do during Spring Break, and if you like exotic animals, the Union County Public Library is presenting Animal Tales Thursday afternoon for children and families.

Library Aid Becky Edmondson tells WMSK News this is the fourth year for Animal Ed-zoo-ca-tion and this year’s program is Animal Adventures: Heroes of the Wild.

She says it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to show the animals.

According to Edmondson, they host the Animal Tales event to raise awareness and interest in the many things offered at the local public library.

In years past, she notes up to 500 people have attended the Animal Tales event.

Edmondson invites everyone, families and children, to attend the Animal Tales event Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at the public library in Morganfield. She adds you may want to come early in order to find a seat.
