Livermore, KY. (July 20, 2016) – At 1049 PM the Kentucky State Police responded to a single vehicle collision with injuries on KY136 at the Ohio/Mclean County line.
According to police, Angela Cannon was traveling Westbound on KY 136 when she encountered a heavy patch of fog. Due to low visibility, Cannon drove off the roadway and struck an earth embankment. Cannon and the passenger of the vehicle, Thomas Smith, were transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the collision. KSP was assisted on scene by Livermore Fire Department, Mclean County EMS, Ohio County EMS and Ohio County Sheriff’s Office.
