The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 145 near Corydon in Henderson County again on Monday, October 1, 2018.
KY 145 will be closed at the 6 and 7 mile marker to allow a cross drain to be replaced. This is along KY 145 about a mile southeast of Corydon.
The roadway is expected to close at approximately 8 a.m., CDT, Monday. KY 145 is expected to reopen at this site at approximately 3:00 p.m., Monday.
There will be no marked detour. However, motorists may self-detour via KY 2253/Cairo-Dixie Rd, US 41-Alternate and KY 266.
This project is scheduled on a weather permitting basis.
Engineers are continuing to evaluate the condition of cross drains along this section of KY 145 to prepare for paving to start in the next week.
