FRANKFORT, Ky. (Oct. 22, 2024) – Today, Gov. Andy Beshear celebrated $1,969,000 from the federal Delta Regional Authority (DRA) going to six projects in Western Kentucky. Gov. Uniontown man graduates from Kentucky State Police Academy

A Uniontown man was among 39 new troopers who graduated Friday from the Kentucky State Police Academy. According to Kentucky State Police, Joseph Buckman, of Uniontown, was part of the agency’s 94th cadet class. The cadets reported for duty on May 22, 2016 in a class that consisted of 66 cadets.
