State Representative Jonathan Dixon Files for Reelection

Frankfort, KY – Today, State Representative Jonathan Dixon filed for reelection in House District 11, which includes parts of Daviess and Henderson Counties.

“Since I took office in January, I’ve made serving the people of our district my top priority,” Rep. Dixon said. “I’ve successfully fought for fiscally conservative budgets and low taxes, investing in education and protecting the sanctity of life. I’m proud to put my small business experience to work as a voice for our community in Frankfort, and I look forward to making my case to the voters for another term as your state representative.”

In addition to serving as a state representative, Dixon is an accomplished business leader who knows what it takes to create jobs and opportunities for working families in his district. He was also chosen to serve as co-chair of the Kentucky General Assembly’s Aviation & Aerospace Caucus. This caucus is a bipartisan group of lawmakers from both legislative chambers dedicated to building and growing high-tech jobs and investment in and around Kentucky’s aviation and aerospace industry.

Dixon, a lifelong resident of Henderson County, started a local fencing company just over a decade ago. Since then, through Dixon’s hard work and leadership the company has grown into a large operation serving several states. He lives in Henderson County with his wife Shanda and their three children.
