NEWS RELEASE
Greenville, KY (Muhlenberg County) – The Kentucky State Police is investigating a single-vehicle, injury-collision that occurred on KY 171, approximately three miles south of Greenville, on Monday, November 9, at 11:45 a.m.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Timothy L. Bolling Jr, 37, Greenville, was operating a 1994 Toyota Corolla northbound on KY 171 when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle exited the right side of the roadway and traveled down an earthen embankment where it came to rest.
Mr. Bolling was transported via ambulance to Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Trooper First Class Jerry Knight is investigating the collision. The Greenville Fire Department and Muhlenberg County EMS assisted at the scene.
