Richard I. Carrier age 88 of Sturgis, KY died Friday 9/20/2018 at Morganfield Nursing & Rehab Center in Morganfield, KY. He was a loving father & Papa. He served in US Army and was a retired coal miner from Peabody Camp # 2.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Louise Carrier, parents Richard E. & Rebecca Sheridan Carrier. A brother Edgar Louis Carrier, sister Naomi Allen and step-son Anthony George.

Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday 9/25/18 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, KY. Rev. Jim Lane will officiate. Visitation will be 4PM-7PM on Monday 9/24/18 and 9 AM till service time on Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Caseyville Cemetery in Sturgis, KY.
