Princeton woman arrested in Webster Co. for DUI, drug possession charges

Providence, KY (Webster County) – Kentucky State Police have charged a Princeton woman with drug-possession and DUI charges.

According to a report released by KSP Post 2, around 10:00 p.m. Friday a trooper observed Mary Hillard driving a minivan in a careless manner and not use her turn signals on East Main in Providence. During a traffic stop, police say the trooper determined that Mary Hillard was under the influence of a controlled substance.

Police reportedly conducted a search of Hillard and found a plastic bag with a white powdered substance, believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana, and a foil boat.

Hillard was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
1) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine
2) DUI 2nd Offense
3) Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess
4) Improper equipment
5) Careless driving
6) License to be in possession
7) Possession of marijuana
