A Princeton man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a Princeton woman.
Kentucky State Police said that the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office requested the agency conduct a death investigation at 2848 Dripping Springs Road in Princeton on Sunday.
Police said that the initial call came in that Eric Wright, 43, of Princeton, called 911 to report an unresponsive female.
Authorities responded and confirmed the death of Rachel Tucker, 27, of Princeton. Police suspected foul play following a preliminary investigation.
Wright was interviewed and subsequently charged with murder – domestic violence. He is lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on a $1 million bond.
Detective Brian Graves with Kentucky State Police is leading the investigation.
