SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST AGAIN TODAY, BOTH THIS
MORNING, AND AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WITH STORMS TODAY…SO A FLASH FLOOD WATCH
HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR AREAS HARDEST HIT BY RECENT HEAVY RAINS. REFER
TO THE WATCH FOR DETAILS. A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS IS
POSSIBLE AS WELL…WITH DAMAGING WINDS THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER
