Name released of man killed in 3-vehicle wreck in Gibson Co., Ind.

Authorities have released the name of the individual killed Monday in a three-vehicle wreck in Gibson County, Indiana.

Gibson County Coroner Barrett Doyle reports 33 year old Timothy Peach of Princeton, IN was killed in the crash Monday afternoon around 1:40 on State Road 64 near the County Road 575 West intersection.

According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, Peach was driving westbound when his Ford Mustang crossed the center of the roadway and hit an eastbound pickup truck. Peach’s vehicle then continued westbound until authorities say he crashed into a Dodge Charger.

Authorities say Peach was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Dodge Charger was reportedly transported by ambulance to Deaconess Hospital for treatment of lacerations to the face and arm, and the pickup truck driver refused medical treatment at the scene.

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says it will release the names of the other drivers involved in the three-vehicle fatal accident sometime today.
