A Morganfield man was arrested Monday night and charged with his 3rd DUI and burglary.
Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle Dame tells WMSK News that Deputy Tracy Steinhoff responded to a wreck on US 60 near KY 950 around 6:00 Monday night and arrested 29 year old Jonathan Perkins for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (Aggravating Circumstances) and three other related offenses.
According to Deputy Dame, Perkins was also charged with first degree burglary in connection to an investigation begin conducted by Deputy Jamie Waller regarding a break-in that occurred December 16th in Whispering Meadows where a firearm, medication and jewelry were stolen.
Perkins was lodged in the Union County Detention Center.
