A Morganfield man has been charged for failing to comply with the sex offender registration.
Kentucky State Police released the report today (Monday) that 31 year old John W. Fowler was taken into custody by troopers Thursday night around 7:40 after an investigation began when state police received information that he was a registered sex offender who was not living at the address listed on the Sex Offender Registry. During the investigation, state police reportedly determined that Fowler had a Greenville address listed, but had been living at a residence in Dawson Springs.
Fowler was taken into custody at the Dawson Springs residence without incident and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
