BEAVER DAM, Ky. – Kentucky State Police is investigating a late-night shooting that occurred in Ohio County this weekend.
KSP Troopers responded at approximately 11:38 p.m. Friday to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Crowe Street in Beaver Dam.
A preliminary investigation indicates that Samantha Fultz and Miles Snodgrass were confronted by Billy Fultz when they arrived at her residence.
A confrontation ensued between Snodgrass and Billy Fultz, during which Snodgrass discharged a firearm, striking Fultz once in the abdomen.
Billy Fultz was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health for treatment of his injury.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
