UTICA, KY. (October 4th, 2016) – A McLean County man was arrested on drug charges after police say he was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt.
According to Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson, troopers observed a 1984 Chevrolet Caprice being driven by 47 year old Mark A. Harrison, of Livermore, who was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. Police say Harrison was arrested and charged with failure to wear seatbelt, failure to produce insurance card, possession of open alcohol container in motor vehicle (prohibited), possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance 1st degree drug unspecified. Harrison was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
