OAK GROVE, Ky. (June 22, 2026 ) – Kentucky State Police have arrested three people after receiving a tip that an Oak Grove spa was offering sexual service in exchange for money.
KSP received an online crime tip on April 11, 2026, alleging that Golden Phoenix Spa in Oak Grove was offering sexual services in exchange for money.
Following an investigation, KSP detectives searched the business on Friday. During the search, detectives located items commonly associated with sexual activity inside the establishment.
Two female employees were arrested and charged with prostitution and engaging in organized crime. One of the employees attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by law enforcement.
She was additionally charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
A male customer was also located inside a room within the business. He was found nude and told investigators he had previously paid for a sexual act at the establishment.
Detectives also located items associated with sexual activity on him. This customer was also arrested and charged.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
