Johnny Dwayne Thomas, 56 of Morganfield, KY passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Gateway Hospital. He was born April 14, 1962 to the late Harold Sr. and Margaret Thomas. Johnny worked at Gibbs Die Casting for over 20 years and he worked in the coal mines for 8 years. He attended Bowman Chapel. Johnny was a hard working man who loved his family. He enjoyed sports, playing chess, and eating pizza. Johnny will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Valencia Thomas; his brother, Victor Gerald Thomas

The service will be 1PM Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield. The burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. The visitation will be 11AM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
