Authorities say a Henderson man arrested on three warrants Tuesday was found in possession of heroin and marijuana.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies came into contact with 25 year old Andrew Filkins at Palmer’s Market around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday and recognized he had three outstanding warrants through Henderson County. Upon contact with Filkins, authorities say he was in possession of heroin, a hypodermic needle, a silver spoon with an unknown drug resident, and a small amount of marijuana.
Filkins was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on the three warrants along with possession of a controlled substsance – heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
