A Henderson couple is behind bars facing drug trafficking and possession charges.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies served a probation violation on 29 year old Ali V. Langley after she was found with her boyfriend 36 year old Chad A. Rauch at a residence in the 28-hundred block of Sunset Lane around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

During the investigation, authorities say detectives found several hundred dollars worth of crystal meth and marijuana inside the residence where the couple was located. Also during the search, they reportedly found items used in packaging the drugs, including yellow plastic capsules, used syringes and glass meth pipes.

Langley and Rauch were taken into custody and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center under no bond for their second offense of first degree trafficking a controlled substance over two grams of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance – meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff’s detectives were assisted at the scene by the Henderson Police Department, Kentucky State Police, and the Sheriff’s K-9 Unit.
