Henderson Community College Celebrates Fall 2021 Graduates, Prepares for Winter Break


Henderson, KY – Henderson Community College (HCC) is pleased to announce that a graduation ceremony was held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Preston Arts Center (PAC) to celebrate the Fall 2021 graduating class.

Dr. Chad Phillips, Dean of Enrollment Management and Registrar, said “While COVID-19 has impacted the way we celebrate our graduates, I am excited that HCC is able to recognize our 2021 graduates in a specialized way. These students persevered to achieve their academic goal. HCC’s faculty, staff, along with the Board of Directors, are proud to celebrate their academic achievements with individualized graduation ceremonies.”

In the Fall 2021 semesters, 154 total credentials were awarded. Congratulations to all the HCC graduates who overcame the challenges that 2021 presented.

The HCC campus will be closed beginning Monday, December 20, 2021 and will reopen at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

HCC will be hosting an open registration event on Wednesday, January 5th, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Currently enrolled students who are ready to enroll can schedule an advising appointment at https://bit.ly/3F6N57J. New and returning students will receive communication from the admissions department regarding their enrollment steps. Students and potential students can schedule either a virtual or an in-person appointment.
