HENDERSON, Ky. – Henderson Community College (HCC) will be closed beginning Dec. 23, 2024, for the annual systemwide KCTCS Institutional Closing. HCC will resume normal operating hours on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025, at 8 a.m.
During the closing, students can still get assistance 24/7 through the KCTCS Student Service Center by visiting https://kctcs.co/GoKCTCS to chat, call, or view answers to frequently asked questions.
Here is a list of key dates for the spring 2025 semester:
- Jan. 6 – Campus reopens at 8 a.m.
- Jan. 13 – First day of classes
- Jan. 20 – Campus closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Feb. 17 – Campus closed in observance of Presidents’ Day
- March 10 – 14 – Spring Break
- May 5 – 9 – Final Exams
- May 9 – Graduation, 7 p.m. at the Preston Arts Center
