On Tuesday, June 28, 2022, the Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) reported that in the
previous week it had investigated 408 new COVID-19 infections; 188 in Daviess County, 22 in Hancock
County, 72 in Henderson County, 20 in McLean County, 57 in Ohio County, 26 in Union County, and 23 in
Webster County. There were 3 COVID-19 deaths to report. The reported deaths were 1 resident of
Daviess County, 1 resident of Henderson County, and 1 resident of Webster County. The average
number of new cases in the district for that period was 58.3 new cases a day. The newly reported cases
were investigated between June 20 and June 26, 2022. County-level data for COVID-19 can be found at

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides information to help communities decide

looking at hospital beds being used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in
an area. The COVID-19 Community Level is currently classified as low for all GRDHD counties.
