* At 738 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
flooding. From 1.5 to 2 inches of rain have already fallen across
portions of the region in the past 24 hours. This rainfall is
falling on already saturated ground from last weeks heavy rain.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
