Evansville man and Henderson man arrested on active warrants

An Evansville man and a Henderson man are facing drug charges after they were reportedly arrested on active warrants in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports 23 year old Jacob Baker of Evansville and 21 year old Anthony Huddleston of Henderson were lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center around 10:15 Friday night after they were transported from the Vanderburgh County Jail where the two men were being held for warrants out of Henderson.

According to authorities, Baker’s warrant was for not appearing in court to face charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia.

Huddleston reportedly had a total of three warrants. Authorities indicate one of the warrants was for Probation Violation with the original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Drug Unspecified) and Flee or Evading Police 2nd Degree.
