Early Morning Pothole Patching Planned in Daviess County This Week

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (January 6, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to extend the hours for overnight work along U.S. 60 and the Audubon Parkway in Daviess County this week.

Originally scheduled from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m., beginning tonight, crews plan to start work at midnight to expedite the project during the lowest traffic flow period of the day.

Crews plan to finish work between the Henderson County line (15.83 mm) and the U.S. 60 interchange (23.434 mm) tonight starting at midnight. and then move to U.S. 60 on Thursday, January 8 and Friday, January 9, again working from midnight until 7 a.m.

This will be a mobile operation. Motorists should watch for equipment, lights and other traffic control devices in the affected areas during these times.

DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (January 5, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to conduct early morning pothole patching along U.S. 60 and the Audubon Parkway in Daviess County this week to avoid heavy traffic flows.

Crews plan to work between the Henderson County line (15.83 mm) and the U.S. 60 interchange (23.434 mm) on Tuesday, January 6, and Wednesday, January 7, from 3 a.m.to 7 a.m.

Crews then plan to move to U.S. 60 on Thursday, January 8 and Friday, January 9, again working from 3 a.m. until 7 a.m.

This will be a mobile operation. Motorists should watch for equipment, lights and other traffic control devices in the affected areas during these times.
