As a reminder, CSX Railroad plans to close a number of roads in Hopkins, Webster, and Henderson Counties for rail crossing work THIS WEEK.
CSX plans to close a section of KY 416 in the Robards community of HENDERSON County Wednesday through Friday, November 30 through December 2, 2016.
A CSX rail crew plans to close KY 416 at mile point 5.53 in Robards for rail crossing work. This is along KY 416 in downtown Robards between Railroad Street/Robards-Busby Station Road and First Street.
KY 416 expected to close at 8 a.m., CST, on Wednesday, Nov 30. It is expected to reopen to traffic around 4 p.m., on Friday, December 2. There will be a marked detour via US 41 and KY 283.
Additionally, CSX is working on rail crossings along the following county roads:
Jones Road in HOPKINS County near Slaughters KY- CLOSED and expected to remain closed through Tuesday, Nov 29.
Jefferson Street in WEBSTER County in Sebree, KY- CLOSED and expected to remain closed through Tuesday, Nov-29.
Peddler McDonald Road in WEBSTER County near Sebree KY to Close November 29- December 1st.
