Corydon man charged on Thanksgiving Day with wanton endangerment

A Corydon man is behind bars after police say they received a call on Thanksgiving Day regarding a male subject walking down the road firing his pistol in the air.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to the 7000 block of Sulphur Springs Road around 12:05 p.m. Thursday where they arrested 47 year old Raymond Givens.

Givens was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center for first degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and falsely reporting an incident.
